Dedicated to a team-based approach to patient care, this new location will provide comprehensive medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services under one roof. Osborne County Memorial Hospital — Replacement Facility
A ground-up replacement Critical Access Hospital (CAH) and adjoining Rural Health Clinic (RHC) for Osborne County, Kansas. Brian served as the mechanical engineer of record for the full project.

Harry S. Truman Memorial VA — Multiple Projects
Multiple mechanical and plumbing system upgrades and renovations at the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans' Hospital, a 285-bed federal medical center. Projects included infrastructure replacements, clinical space renovations, and energy efficiency improvements.

South Sound Behavioral Hospital
Mechanical engineering design for a dedicated behavioral health hospital in Lacey, Washington. The project required specialized HVAC and plumbing systems designed to meet the unique safety, ligature-resistance, and environmental control requirements of inpatient psychiatric care.

Silver Oaks Behavioral Hospital
Mechanical and plumbing engineering design for Silver Oaks Behavioral Hospital, an inpatient psychiatric facility in New Lenox, Illinois. The project required careful coordination of MEP systems to meet the specific operational, safety, and regulatory requirements of behavioral health environments.

St. Gabriel Catholic School — New K-8 Campus
Complete mechanical and plumbing engineering design for a new K-8 Catholic school campus in Colorado Springs. Brian provided full MEP design services for this ground-up educational facility.

AGC Tenwek Hospital — Cardiothoracic Centre
A landmark 390,000 SF cardiothoracic learning hospital serving patients from 8+ surrounding countries across Sub-Saharan Africa. Brian provided mechanical engineering design oversight, coordination with local engineers, and construction administration support for this internationally significant project.

Henderson Health Care Services — Hospital/Surgery Expansion & Renovation
A comprehensive $15M, three-phase hospital expansion and renovation at a rural critical access hospital in Nebraska. Brian served as the mechanical engineer of record across all three phases, delivering a modernized surgical suite, specialty clinical spaces, and major infrastructure upgrades.

Toyota North American Headquarters
Electrical systems design for Toyota's new 2.2 million SF corporate campus comprising 8 main buildings with 4.5 million SF of structured parking. The campus achieved LEED Platinum certification and features a 7.7MW photovoltaic solar array and medium voltage distribution systems (25kV & 5kV).

Texas Health Resources — HEB Hospital Expansion
Electrical engineering for the multi-phase expansion of Texas Health Harris Methodist HEB Hospital, including a Central Utility Plant upgrade with ice storage, a 37,000 SF four-story shell expansion, a 17,000 SF ICU renovation, and a 2,500 SF Imaging Suite.

Texas Children's Hospital — The Center

State Farm Dallas Campus at CityLine
Electrical engineering for State Farm's 2.1 million SF regional campus at CityLine, comprising 4 office buildings. The transit-oriented campus targeted LEED Silver and achieved LEED Gold certification. Systems included medium voltage distribution and paralleled generator installations.

Liberty Mutual Campus at Legacy West
Electrical systems design for Liberty Mutual's regional campus featuring 20-story twin office towers totaling 1,050,000 SF with 2.5 million SF of structured parking. The LEED Gold certified campus includes medium voltage distribution (25kV & 5kV) and is the tallest office project in Plano.
